Muddy Path Sangha

This is a free quarterly sangha in the tradition of Plum Village; please note that signing up means that you will begin to receive my weekly newsletter and if you wish to ignore those, simply filter your email with the heading "Muddy Path Sangha" for updates that are relevant to you.

Our sessions are held on the first day of each season. Sessions are via Zoom, (you will be sent a link the week before and the day before).

Participation in creating artwork is not needed but recommended. Sessions run about 90 minutes.
